Pickled eggplant

Because Auntie Ann loves to read, and give books, we have many fun
books from her.
This is one of them.

In it the little red hen buys some pickled eggplant.

For this reason, Leah only knows eggplant as pickled. It is really
very funny to hear her say: "mom can we look at the pickled eggplant
in our garden?"
