Hurricane breakfast party

Life is good

These are the days

Life is good.

This is where we live.

This is how we live.

Summer fun has just begun. Almost.

One more week of school.

Thank goodness.

Looking forward to time with friends and family and making some awesome memories.

Warm days - happy hearts

Back in the saddle

So much life has happened. I'm not even going to try to fill the gap. Just refer to Brett's timeline on Facebook for any and all events since my last blog post. 😆

Right now these are some of the most recent happenings:

getting ready for General Conference this morning...

Brett and I were rushing and getting ready when the boys came in and stood like this. He said that's a great picture. So I grabbed my phone and here you have it.
The following are words to a hymn by William P. Merrill quoted by Pres. Hinkley in a conference address.

Rise up, O men of God!
Have done with lesser things.
Give heart and soul and mind and strength
To serve the King of Kings.
Rise up, O men of God,
In one united throng.
Bring in the day of brotherhood
And end the night of wrong.
Rise up, O men of God!
The church for you doth wait,
Her strength unequal to her task;
Rise up, and make her great!
Rise up, O men of God!
Tread where his feet have trod.
As brothers of the Son of Man,
Rise up, O men of God!
